Situated in one of East Melbourne’s most prominent streets bordering the MCG, this double storey Victorian residence underwent extensive renovations. South Yarra Painting was commissioned to paint the entire interior over 3 levels (including a basement) and the exterior & front facade.
The photo below was taken prior to the job beginning. All the vines had to be removed.
Scaffolding was put in place and we immediately started removing all vines. All the surfaces to be painted included render, gutters, facias, eaves, windows, doors and lacework. All of which underwent extensive preparation including sanding/filling to prepare for painting.
After 4 weeks, scaffolding was removed. The photo below shows what a complete transformation the front of the home has taken on.
